How Access Is Secured
Brief
A discreet initial brief sets the frame, dates, party and the level of privacy or protocol required.
Pathways
Curated pathways are proposed: preferred venues and timings with quiet, equally considered alternates.
Holds
Priority options are placed on timed hold, protecting position while internal decisions are made.
Confirmation
Guest names, credentials and arrival details are aligned with hosts and issued as a clear, elegant protocol.
On-site
A liaison remains on call, or present, so arrival, movement and any changes are handled seamlessly and out of view.
Eligibility & Standards
Priority is reserved for active clients and established households, with every arrangement made within the discretion of the host and the character of the venue. Where requested, ID, membership and dress standards apply quietly in the background, and any photography or media use is agreed in advance, often on a strictly private basis. Conduct, guest mix and overall atmosphere are expected to sit naturally within house rules, so that both hosts and guests experience the room exactly as it should feel.

Seasonal Availability & Access Rhythm

MAY
Monaco Grand Prix & Cannes Festival
This is the sharpest, most competitive window of the year. Access to terraces, marina suites, hospitality and Festival spaces is extremely limited and is typically secured well in advance. During this period, availability is best viewed as placement rather than booking: what can be done is highly curated, time-sensitive and dependent on existing relationships.

June - August
High Season Across the Riviera
Summer brings full calendars, full rooms and high visibility. Access remains possible, but preferred options may be time-bound or subject to late confirmation, and any last-minute arrangements sit firmly at the discretion of each venue. This is the season where planning ahead gives range and flexibility; short-notice requests are handled selectively, with a focus on discretion and fit.

September
Quiet Luxury & Private Hosting
September softens the pace while keeping the best of the season’s weather and atmosphere. Demand eases, visibility lowers, and the Riviera shifts towards private weekends, hosted groups and more controlled environments. This is often the most favourable period for households who prefer privacy, quieter rooms and more considered hosting options.

What’s Included & Related Support
Each engagement includes discreet access planning with alternate routes, precise credentialing and guest-list management, arrival choreography and routing, and table or room selection matched to the required level of privacy. Where appropriate, a liaison may be present or on call, with close-protection coordination available for households that require a security layer handled quietly in the background.
Complementary services can be connected as required, chauffeur and security, private jet and helicopter movements, and select dining and beach club reservations, so that travel, movement and hosting sit within one coherent plan, even though these elements are arranged as separate services.
